Like most of messengers,
PaltalkScene also stores the user account details including
passwords in the registry for subsequent logins so that user do not
have to enter the password every time. PaltalkScene uses its own
proprietary encryption algorithm to securely store the saved
password.
In that context, PaltalkPasswordDecryptor helps in automatically recovering such
stored passwords. It can not only recover main Paltalk account
password but also all the other messenger passwords stored by

PaltalkScene stores main Paltalk account password in the Registry
at following location under the sub key named after your nickname
(login name)

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Paltalk\<nick_name> |

Actual encrypted password is stored under above key with value name
as 'pwd'. Paltalk uses its own proprietary encryption
algorithm to securely store the password

| It comes with simple Instaler that helps you to install it locally
on your system for regular usage. It has intuitive setup wizard which guides you through series of steps
in completion of installation. |

PaltalkPasswordDecryptor is the very simple tool to use even for home users.
Here are the typical usage steps
|
- On running the application, click on 'Start Recovery'
button to begin the password recovery process.
- It will automatically scan and recover the password and display it as shown
in the screenshot below.
- By default passwords are hidden for sensitive reasons. You
can click on 'Show/Hide password' button at the bottom to view/hide
the passwords.
- Finally you can save the complete recovered password list
to HTML file for future usage.
