WinSCP Password Location
By default WinSCP software stores all the saved passwords in Windows Registry at following location,

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Martin Prikryl\WinSCP 2\Sessions

Under above location, there is separate registry key for each of the saved session containing values for Hostname, Username & encrypted Password.

However you can force (thru Settings) WinSCP to store passwords to file (WinSCP.ini) instead of Registry. Also Portable version of WinSCP stores all passwords to file only in the same location as application.

Typically you will find Hostname, Username and encrypted Password for each session as shown below,

[Sessions\Name]
HostName=192.168.1.1
PortNumber=23
AuthGSSAPI=1
TcpNoDelay=1
UserName=admin
Password=A35C785E30392F3E6FD3F40944275614A4
